What we do. . .

Improve our clients' operating effectiveness by focusing on their work processes and management processes. In so doing we go beyond teaching management concepts in a classroom by working closely with the managers and supervisors in their work environment. Together we first identify and analyze the needs and areas of opportunity, then develop, implement and test out operating solutions that improve the processes. The result is a more effective operating team of managers and supervisors whose improved effectiveness can be gauged by better utilization of their employees and other resources. Improvements are visible in many areas including productivity and service levels, and can be quantified in terms of dollar impact. Ultimately our mission is to improve our clients' operations to an extent that it provides them with an additional competitive edge in their marketplaces.
